Revert back to older firmware?

Anyone have any ideas on how to revert back to version 3.10 on a 2820? Ever since I upgraded to ver. 3.30 it hangs on "enabling bluetooth" when I try to enable it. I know it is the unit because I cannot even get to the menu where I can have it pair with my phone. I would like to go back to version 3.10 to see if it works.

Any input would be grrrrreat!

Well, figured out how to get back to version 3.10. No joy. Here's a link to older Garmin firware updates. May come in handy sometime...

Working on manually installing the firmware. Uncharted territory here, gulp.

Okay, so manual install of firmware only works in nuvis not on streetpilots. Sent an e-mail to Garmin. So I wait.
